As long as you have more "on-plan" days than "cheat" days, you're still making progress! Kudos to you for making the effort to clean up your diet!amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14665577537687928445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29625742.post-65781396612627365472012-01-13T14:09:31.931-08:002012-01-13T14:09:31.931-08:00we failed last week too. it started with us going ...we failed last week too. it started with us going to a party and ending up at a midnight restaurant eating cheese bread floating in tomato soup. it is so hard to go out and eat on the plan! i have been doing breakfast and lunch on the plan, and then making dinner that would be plan approved. bah. i'm so disappointed that we didn't make it the whole 28 days!Rae - Say It Aint Sohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16066975427295830641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29625742.post-50772789553970658172012-01-13T10:43:08.789-08:002012-01-13T10:43:08.789-08:00i tried being wheat free for a while, but a wheat ...i tried being wheat free for a while, but a wheat free vegan (i called it wegan) can not find a dinner out for love nor money... so i gave up on that one.

anyway, you're both still doing good!xxSianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04236576101773893981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29625742.post-8904435225661830862012-01-13T08:22:13.948-08:002012-01-13T08:22:13.948-08:00Good for you for getting back on the wagon! It's hard getting rid of all of that delicious crappy food. I'm currently trying a sort of diet with Walter and it's going okay. We go to the gym a lot and it's been great, hopefully we can keep both of our goals. I know you can!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29625742.post-2087572855623347392012-01-13T05:36:44.996-08:002012-01-13T05:36:44.996-08:00Mmm, apples. I have to say that after eating 2-3 apples a day almost everyday throughout autumn (we live near-ish an orchard in southeast pa) I feel pretty blah this winter since not having any. Pears seem to have good fiber content too though. I'll b stocking up on them. And good for you for recognizing that each eating plan has its limitations and making it work instead of totally dumping it :DJenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11181855498584658101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29625742.post-59231808202489702282012-01-13T04:15:29.656-08:002012-01-13T04:15:29.656-08:00mmm that sweet potato in the pic looks SO yummy!!

I'm on year four of trying to transition to vegan and I'm pretty sure it's going to stick this time. (low soy, whole grain, semi-sugar free and no caffeine too!!!) It's A LOT of work. Challenging myself to not pay to eat out has helped a lot. And we're eating good food at home so not to be bored (and crave sushi from a restaurant). YOU CAN DO IT. just get back on the horse and ride my friend, ride!diandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11327713236743857973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29625742.post-65459180746502172882012-01-12T18:13:30.132-08:002012-01-12T18:13:30.132-08:00Hey, at least it was DARK chocolate!
And here'...Hey, at least it was DARK chocolate!

And here's something that will make you feel better: Tonight I met a friend to start some fitness activities together. We did almost an hour of stretching, treadmill, and elliptical. Then I went home and ate my leftovers from last night's dinner out: STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE! That was my dinner. Tomorrow's a new day.Lileahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13467358336863774465noreply@blogger.com
