Another gem from my vintage knitting pamphlet collection! I really wish they would have printed the years somewhere inside these things. I'd love to know when they are from.
The styling is always so great! Who doesn't love a good disco collar? And that granny square vest? Priceless.
The dapper gent on the back cover is kind of adorable in his gigantic bow tie. No?
I really need to find the time to start knitting all of these amazing vintage patterns!
Have you knitted/made anything from vintage patterns? Send me pictures! I'd love to see/share!

The one of the guy with his hat pulled low? OMG - classic. I wonder if I could get my husband to dress up like him for Halloween...
these are truly superb!!!!
i like the guy holding the guitar on his shoulders.
I'm always tempted to buy vintage knitting pamphlets just for those dandy dude photos. I could make use them as wallpaper in an entire room, they're so fun ;)
Lol! I collect knitting pamphlets too. Wish I had the patience to make some of the projects!
That argyle vest is too awesome! ^_^ What a cool collection!
Those are amazing! You really need to make something out of it!
Robbie! You NEED to make the top sweater with the fair isle yoke. Oh. Em. GEEEEEE!
I have knit things (mostly baby) for older or vintage patterns. They always seems to be something a little off about gague and the patterns are continued if five places (whaaaaaaat?) but there aren't any patterns for things like "matinee jackets" anymore
